We hope you will join us for this months Women's Circle and our conversation with Ellie.

Ellie is the founder of Clarity Coaching and has been coaching for over 4 years alongside her previous profession as a primary teacher. However as of September this year, she became a full time coach. "Coaching is an non-judgmental, confidential, inquisitive look into your current life and your hopes and dreams for the future. It empowers you to take control, raises awareness and self esteem. It is the most bespoke form of personal development. A coach is there to champion you and support you in your dreams."

During this month’s Women’s Circle, Ellie will be concentrating on raising self awareness and asking questions around ownership and how much of your current life you are in control of- as we sadly know Infertilty and Baby Loss often leave us feeling as though we have lost all sense of "control" over our lives, which can feel overwhelming and frightening. Once you have established which parts you are in control of and which you are not - it is time to investigate what to do about those parts you have little or no control over. This will give you time and space to reflect on your current life position and how to tackle forthcoming events.

Ellie is also generously offering everyone who attends our Women's Circle a free 30 minute follow up one-to one appointment so that you can chat to Ellie and see how she can help support you. Ellie will chat more about this during the evening.

As always you do not need to have your audio/ video on if you would rather not, questions can be asked in person on the night or via the chat box on zoom if this feels more comfortable (Lucy will read these out anonymously). Or can be sent via email in advance to Emma or Lucy to ask on your behalf.
