Join us for Mid Week Mindfulness with Ciara from Wild Wave Yoga where we will be enjoying a gentle and restorative yin yoga practice.

About the Event

We hope you will join Ciara for our gentle and restorative yin yoga practice.

You do not need any special "yoga equipment" to join us, if you have a yoga mat great but please don't worry if you don't. Some "props" you might like to have on hand for our practice (these are things that you will have readily available at home, for example pillows/ blankets/ cans) to use if you don't have blocks or a bolster.

Wear comfy clothes - you can even wear your PJ's if you like!

Light a candle/ diffuse your favourite essential oils/ make your "space" as cosy as you can and prepare to relax.

You can keep your video off if that feels more comfortable and I will mute the audio during our practice but again you can keep this off too if that feels better. There is no pressure to "join in".
